Free FedEx Shipping

We offer free FedEx shipping on every order, fully insured from our Houston showroom to your door.

Because most of our pieces are made to order, the time from order to delivery varies by item. All orders ship via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in your order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier if they're ready sooner. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

We Understand Special Moments

At Kohinoor Diamonds, we've shared in the most meaningful moments of Houston families for over 20 years, and we know jewelry is often given as a surprise — an engagement, an anniversary, a celebration. Tell us how we can help you keep the surprise.

Special arrangements — such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a specific date, or holding your package at a FedEx location — can be made by calling us at (713) 334-8700. Every order arrives in our signature Kohinoor Diamonds packaging.

For Your Protection

For your security, Kohinoor Diamonds always:

  • Insures and registers every item for its full value.
  • Requires a signature on delivery, so your jewelry is never left unattended.
  • Delivers to a physical home or business address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Order Processing

  • In-stock pieces ship within [2–3] business days.
  • Made-to-order, custom, and resized pieces ship within the timeframe confirmed at the time of your order.

Orders are processed Wednesday through Sunday. Orders placed on days we're closed begin processing the next business day.

Local Pickup in Houston

Prefer to collect your order in person? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and visit our showroom at 5901 Hillcroft St, Suite C1, Houston, TX 77036, open Wednesday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping internationally? We're happy to help wherever possible. Please contact us at (713) 334-8700 or sales@kohinoordiamonds.com before ordering, and we'll walk you through options, timing, and any customs requirements. Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timing & Important Notes

We're committed to delivering your order on time. However, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. When appropriate, an alternative shipping method may be used to meet your delivery date.

In the rare event that your order is tampered with or lost in transit, please report it to us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number so we can act quickly on the insurance claim.

For insurance reasons, we're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped.
